By creating a 97pk account, logging in, or using any Service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 97pk platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 97pk platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 97pk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming and sports betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere before registering or depositing. 97pk does not accept liability for users who participate in breach of applicable local laws or regulations.
3.3 Account Limits. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 97pk platform. Creation of duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 97pk reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where verification fails.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pk login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your 97pk account — including bets placed, games played, and deposits or withdrawals made — while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
4.3 If you suspect any unauthorised access to your 97pk account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat within the account dashboard. 97pk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to maintain secure credentials.
4.4 97pk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any communication channel outside the secure account dashboard. Any communication claiming to be from 97pk requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.1 97pk accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published within the 97pk account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made through methods not associated with the registered account holder may be rejected and refunded.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for deposit where technically feasible. 97pk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Typical processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, subject to verification completion.
5.4 97pk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Cryptocurrency network fees for USDT TRC20 transactions are the user's responsibility. Some withdrawal methods may carry third-party fees not controlled by 97pk.
5.5 Funds in a 97pk account bear no interest. Account balances are held in trust by 97pk and are not commingled with operating funds. In the event of platform insolvency, player balances are treated as segregated liabilities.
6.1 97pk may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions.
6.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on bonus funds at 97pk is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering with USDT TRC20 deposits on eligible slots, live casino, or sports betting markets all contributes towards meeting wagering requirements unless excluded in the offer terms.
6.3 97pk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting with low-margin markets, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
7.1 All bets and game play at 97pk are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are accessible within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.
7.2 97pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by technical errors, incomplete data feeds, pricing errors, or any event where odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error. Winnings paid on voided bets must be returned to 97pk.
7.3 PSL cricket betting markets at 97pk are subject to the applicable cricket governing body's official match results. 97pk's settlement of PSL markets follows BCCI/PCB official results and DLS method outcomes where applicable to weather-affected matches.
7.4 Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. 97pk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets confirmed and acknowledged before suspension are valid; bets not confirmed before suspension are not.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 97pk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 97pk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and data structures — is the property of 97pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 97pk platform content without express written permission from 97pk.
10.1 The 97pk platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97pk's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
10.3 97pk is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 97pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 97pk is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools within the account dashboard enabling users to set deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered users and take effect within the timeframes disclosed in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, 97pk will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded user from accessing gaming and betting Services. Circumvention of self-exclusion by creating new accounts is a breach of these Terms.
11.3 97pk strictly enforces its 18+ age restriction. If you have reason to believe a minor is using the platform, please contact our support team immediately.
97pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 97pk reasonably determines that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if closure is required by regulatory direction. Upon account closure, any legitimate remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 97pk's operating licence is issued. By registering on the platform, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing territory for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.
13.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 97pk informally by contacting our support team via live chat. 97pk commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 working days. If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate to the dispute resolution process specified in 97pk's licence conditions.
97pk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
